VAT

All of our quoted prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate, however adjustments will have to be made to comply with any change in rates or other legally imposed changes in respect of VAT.

 

PAYMENT

We accept all of the following types of payment:

  • Credit / Debit Card,
  • Cash Payments,
  • Paypal,
  • Bank Transfer,
  • Interest Free Credit,

Please note: any deposit payment is not refundable after a week from placing an order.

 

GUARANTEE

Furniture is covered under warranty from the manufacturer for a period of 12 months from the date of order and it covers manufacturing defects.

 

CANCELLING  ORDER

After placing an order, we do not accept returns after 7 days from the date of order.

According to distance selling regulations, customer is responsible to pay for returns,

 minimum of £100 - price depends on the returned item and location.

If you cancel your order once it has been delivered, you must not use the goods, furniture cannot be fitted, goods are maintained in a saleable condition and in their original packaging.

 Self assembly furniture cannot be returned once assembly is part or fully completed.

Any individual orders (with selection of colour or fabric) are not under returns or exchange.

If you do not comply with your obligations above, we will not agree to refund or may make a reasonable charge to cover any costs that we incur (e.g. wasted collection journeys or goods you have damaged or lost).

 

CANCELLATIONS BY JS QUALITY FURNITURE

We reserved the rights not to accept an order if:

  • Your payment was not authorized,
  • You have not completed with our terms and conditions,
  • We do not have the stock to fulfill the order,
  • We are unable to deliver the products to your area,
  • The item was incorrectly priced or described on the website,

 

If an order is cancelled by JS QUALITY FURNITURE, any payment received will be refunded within 30 days of the cancellation.

 

COMPLAINTS

Any complaints must be submitted within 7 days from the date of the delivery.

To reduce costs to minimum, complaint does not include replacement of the whole item. Only damaged parts will be replaced.

 Buyer is obliged to send photos of damaged parts by email, containing a detailed description of the part which is subject to exchange. Exact description of the damaged parts will allow us to speed taking into consideration the complaint.

Furniture that do not fit in the entrance of your home or on the stairs because of the size is not subject to complaint or refund. Please check the dimensions with our customer service.

JS QUALITY FURNITURE LTD is not responsible for damages that result from other than JS QUALITY FURNITURE delivery service. Any damage sustained during delivery cannot be the subject of the complaint.

All ex-display / clearance are not the issue to complaint / refund / exchange.

Please note: all presented photos are only samples and colour received may be slightly different.

The information that you provide is used to process and send your order.

 We also use the information to contact you with regards to your order.

DELIVERY

Delivery time for all offered items is estimated:

LIVING ROOM FURNITURE, DINING FURNITURE, BEDROOM FURNITURE - 2-3 WEEKS,

UPHOLSTERY - 4-6 WEEKS.

 

Please note that time is estimated and could be changed.

Exact delivery day will be confirmed a few days before delivery is scheduled. 

 

JS  QUALITY FURNITURE LTD offers two methods of delivery:

1)  JS FURNITURE  DELIVERY SERVICE - FREE,

2) COURIER  SERVICE - small orders and small pieces of furniture.

 

Below map of post codes, to which your order can be delivered FREE and with extra cost.

 

Note:  Your order may be cancelled if we are unable to deliver to the address specified by you, despite the fact that the post code will be listed by us

(PO30, PO31, PO32, PO33, PO34, PO35, PO36, PO37, PO38, PO39, PO40, PO41).

 

Goods will be delivered to the first door (ground floor).

 

 If you require carry goods into your property, this service can be set up for an additional fee at the time of delivery with delivery team.

Please note that this service can be refused if carry goods to the property will be unable by limited space.

 

FITTING SERVICE

The prices of our products does not includes assembly service charge.

Installation services are set separately.

CANCELLING YOUR  ORDER

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 7 days of receipt.

You will be refunded in full for the product you return as long as it is in the same condition and packaging originally supplied.

Returns must be sent by recorded post. We cannot refund the postage cost.
