Terms and Conditions: FURNITURE

VAT
All of our quoted prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate, however adjustments will have to be made to comply with any change in rates or other legally imposed changes in respect of VAT.


PAYMENT
We accept all of the following types of payment:
– Credit / Debit Card,
– Cash Payments,
– Paypal,
– 
Bank Transfer.
Please note: any deposit payment is not refundable after a week from placing an order.


GUARANTEE

Furniture is covered under warranty from the manufacturer for a period of 12 months from the date of order and it covers manufacturing defects.
Ex-display / shop clearance furniture are not covered with warranty or return.


CANCELLING ORDER

After placing an order, we do not accept returns after 7 days from the date of order.
According to distance selling regulations, customer is responsible to arrange a return and cover the cost of the return.

If you cancel your order once it has been delivered, you must not use the goods, furniture cannot be fitted, goods are maintained in a saleable condition and in their original packaging.

Self-assembly furniture cannot be returned once assembled.

Any individual orders (with selection of colour or fabric) are not under returns or exchange.

If you do not comply with your obligations above, we will not agree to refund or may make a reasonable charge to cover any costs that we incur (e.g. wasted collection journeys or goods you have damaged or lost).


CANCELLATIONS BY JS FURNITURE

We reserved the rights not to accept an order if:
– Your payment was not authorized,
– You have not completed with our terms and conditions,
– We do not have the stock to fulfil the order,
– We are unable to deliver the products to your area,
– The item was incorrectly priced or described on the website,

If an order is cancelled by JS FURNITURE, any payment received will be refunded within 30 days of the cancellation.


COMPLAINTS

Any complaints must be submitted within 7 days from the date of the delivery.

Each complaint will be considered by the manufacturer, after receiving the description and photos from the customer.

To reduce costs to minimum, complaint does not include replacement of the whole item.

Only damaged parts will be replaced.

Buyer is obliged to send photos of damaged parts by email, containing a detailed description of the part which is subject to exchange. Exact description of the damaged parts will allow us to speed taking into consideration the complaint.

Furniture that don’t fit in the entrance of your home or on the stairs because of the size is not subject to complaint or refund. Please check the dimensions with our customer service.

JS FURNITURE is not responsible for damages that result from other than JS FURNITURE delivery service.

Any damage sustained during delivery cannot be the subject of the complaint.

All ex-display / clearance are not the issue to complaint / refund / exchange.

Please note: all presented photos are only samples and colour received may be slightly different.


PRIVACY POLICY

The information that you provide is used to process and send your order.

We also use the information to contact you with regards to your order.

JS FURNITURE does not sell or share your name, address, phone number or any other personal information with any other.

JS FURNITURE do not store and share your financial details.

We keep our privacy policy under regular review and we will place any updates in this website.


DELIVERY

Delivery time for all offered items is estimated:

LIVING ROOM FURNITURE, DINING FURNITURE, BEDROOM FURNITURE – 2-4 WEEKS,

UPHOLSTERY – 5-8 WEEKS. 

Please note that time is estimated and could be changed.

Exact delivery day will be confirmed a few days before delivery is scheduled.  

Goods will be delivered to the first door (ground floor).

If you require carry goods into your property, this service can be set up for an additional fee at the time of delivery with delivery team.

Please note that this service can be refused if carry goods to the property will be unable by limited space.


FITTING SERVICE

The prices of our products do not includes assembly service charge.

Installation services are set separately.

Order will be automatically cancelled or customer will be asked for additional payment.

Buyer will be charged an additional fee for wasted journey.

JS FURNITURE reserves the right to change the delivery timescale.

JS FURNITURE reserves the right to revise Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions: ACCESSORIES

COMPLAINTS
Any complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

We will be unable to resolve the issue, provide a replacement or refund after this time.


DELIVERY
Amount of postage charges are calculated according to the weight and size of the products.

Most of our furniture accessories are located in the stock.

Free delivery does not include furniture and furniture accessories in the same order.

Order will be automatically cancelled or you will be asked for additional payment.
